NEW HAMPTON—Last Thursday morning, Jennifer and Jason Harvey, owners of Life Free Home Healthcare, shared the Grand Opening of their new office on Route 104 in New Hampton with friends, colleagues and community members.

"We want to thank everyone for coming out today," said Jason. "We want to thank the community for all the support that we have been given over the past seven years. We would never have envisioned growing as much as we did in such a short amount of time."

Live Free Home Healthcare started seven years ago in the Harveys' home, with one other employee.

"We started out in our home with literally zero clients," recalls Jennifer. "Now, we have over 100 clients, and are servicing 1,500 hours a week. We literally grow every day, every month and every year."

From their home office, the Harveys began to expand and grow until they needed a larger office outside of their home.

"From our home, we moved into a small location in New Hampton, and then moved to another location in Bristol, and six years later, we moved here," said Jason.

Though they are based out of New Hampton, Live Free Home Healthcare's slogan "From Concord to Campton" certainly covers a lot of ground, and dozens of different communities.

"We have a small satellite location, on the Taylor Community property in Laconia," said Jason. "It's a drop off for the most part."

With their new office space, the Harveys aren't necessarily planning on expanding too much, but they are more focused on providing for and serving the area.

"We really just want to continue to serve the community," said Jennifer. "I don't necessarily have huge aspirations of expanded growth."

As is the case with any good business, happy customers keep spreading the word about Live Free Home Healthcare and how helpful they have been, and the Harveys can never turn away a good referral.

"Word of mouth has been huge, and we keep getting a lot of calls saying, 'Can you help? I heard you helped my neighbor' or 'I heard you helped my friend,' and those are the stories that touch me, and I can't just say no," said Jennifer.

Their new office space hosts six employees full time who work out of the office to help with operations and help manage around 70 employees out assisting those in need on a daily basis.

"The majority of our staff is out seeing our clients on a daily basis," said Jennifer. "Out in the field, we have nurses, LNA's and companion caregivers."

Live Free Home Healthcare assists with every patient need to enable clients to live on their own for as long as possible, and to stay in the comfort of their own home, rather than a nursing home or a hospital.

"We provide care to clients in their homes, so any number of things that they need, we will do for them to stay in their homes," said Jennifer. "So from bathing and dressing to medication management, we do all sorts of things."
