Katrina’s Organic Market and Café welcomes new chef Frank Giglio.

Giglio is a classically trained chef from the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vt., and is a certified Holistic Health Coach from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Having taught internationally, worked as a private chef, and facilitated retreats, he comes to the Mt. Washinton Valley with a wealth of experience. He has worked one-on-one with athletes to develop individualized food regimens to optimize their (athletic) potential and has recently published his first recipe book, "Raw for All." With a strong focus on seasonal and local food sources, Giglio merges raw foods concepts with sustainably harvested animal products and whole food preparations to create undeniably nutritious and savory (organic) meals.

The café will now be serving a multitude of healthy, delicious take-out meals, hot soups, hot meals, and a growing elixir bar and juice bar. Giglio will also be hosting upcoming events, dinners, and workshops.
