"Previously, Hilliard served as vice president, Resort and Club Operations, providing strategic direction and oversight for the company's lodging, golf, food and beverage, beach club and marina operations.
"Prior to joining St. Joe in 2005, Hilliard's career encompassed single-entity and multi-unit management of full-service hotels, resort vacation rentals, timeshare, fractional and private residence club projects and recreational amenities in resort communities."

Omni manages the Omni Mount Washington Hotel for its owner CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc.
On Sept. 6, CNL and Omni extended their partnership agreement, which first started on Sept. 1, 2009, for another 15 years. At that time, Omni president Mike Deitemeyer said in a prepared statement, "The partnership between Omni and CNL has been extremely successful, achieving our mutual goal to elevate the guest experience through a multifaceted three-year transformation. With this renewed agreement, we will continue property and resort expansion to solidify Bretton Woods as one of the top destinations in New England. In addition, the close relationships the resort has forged with local and state organizations reflects Omni's brand-wide commitment to each of our hotels' respective communities." CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc., formerly CNL Income Properties, Inc., is a real estate investment trust (REIT) headquartered in Orlando, Fla., that owns a portfolio of 116 properties in the U.
