Grand Jury hands down indictments

OSSIPEE — A Carroll County Grand Jury convened June 21 and handed up the following indictments. An indictment is not an indication of guilt but rather means that the grand jury has found sufficient evidence has been presented to warrant the case moving forward.

Jeremy Archambault, 44, of Ossipee is charged with aggravated felonious sexual of a minor during the period of May 2015 to Aug. 2015.

Daniel Davis, 50, of Rochester is charged with possession of more than an ounce of marijuana in Conway April 6.

David Eldridge, 36, of Wolfeboro is charged with reckless conduct for allegedly pointing a pistol at a man in Wolfeboro April 13.

Ryan Fraser, 32, of Tamworth is charged with two counts of reckless conduct. The indictments allege that on May 11 in Tamworth, Fraser drove a vehicle into another vehicle that was occupied by three children and that he also drove the vehicle towards his house while two people were on the stairs attempting to leave the house.

Hailey Krizan, 26, of Manchester is charged with two counts of assault by prisoner May 25 at Carroll County House of Corrections in Ossipee. The indictments allege that she choked and kicked another woman, causing the woman to suffer a broken rib.

Jennifer Lopez, 49, of Wolfeboro is charged with driving after having been declared a habitual offender in Wolfeboro May 31.

Patrick McManus, 32, of Ossipee is charged with stealing a car January 5 in Ossipee.

Dennis Meeks, 41, of Rochester is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell in Wakefield March 19.

Dylan Nestell, 20, of Conway is charged with receiving a stolen pickup truck in Conway June 12.

Jerrod Petersen, 25, of Ossipee is charged with five counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault of a minor over a five-year period (2012-2017).

Susan Spurr, 44, of Shapleigh, Maine is charged with driving after having been declared a habitual offender in Ossipee May 26.

Donna Swain, 70, of Tamworth is charged with domestic violence for allegedly brandishing a knife and threatening to kill a person in Tamworth May 12.

Greydon Turner, 49, of North Conway is charged with aiding in a marijuana-grow operation at 18 Colbath Street in Conway It is alleged that Turner agreed to pay the rent and utilities on the property that he knew Daniel Davis was using to "manufacture" more than five grams but less than five pounds of marijuana.

Michael Weaver, 39, of Ossipee is charged with two counts of driving after having been declared a habitual offender, in Ossipee May 5 and May 21.

Nicholas Whitelaw, 29, of Tuftonboro is charged with burglary and stalking in Conway April 30.
