RANDOLPH — Little information has been released regarding the crash in Randolph that took the lives of seven motorcyclists last month in Randolph. The riders were members of the Jarheads MC, a motorcycle club for Marine Veterans.

Federal Safety officials have issue a report that only confirmed that the driver, 23 year old Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, did cross the center line. The man has pled not guilty to seven counts of negligent homicide.

Westfield Transportation, the company Zhukovskyy was working for is being investigated, as the truck belonged to them and Zhukovskyy was on the clock.

Last week, the American Legion Post 82, was asked by the Town of Randolph to remove the flags and other items memorializing the bikers. The area was cleaned up due to safety reasons. A memorial area is slated to be built and will include a granite monument, benches and a parking lot. The cost is expected to be somewhere in the ball park of $10,000. Anyone wishing to donate to the fund can do so by sending a check to the Legion at 6 Androscoggin St., Gorham, NH 03581.
