Superior Court announces indictments

LANCASTER The grand jury at Cos County Superior Court handed down a number of indictments recently.

Michael Bernard-Daisy, 32, of Berlin, was indicted on a charge of controlled drug act: acts prohibited for possession of the controlled drug buprenorphine.

Benjamin Boutin, 30, of Groveton, was indicted on a charge of possession of five or more grams of the controlled drug fentanyl with intent to sell. He was also indicted on a two counts of selling fentanyl to an individual within 1000 feet of an elementary school.

Jessica Collins, 27, of Lancaster, was indicted on three counts of selling one or more grams of the controlled drugs heroin or fentanyl to a cooperating individual working with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force. She was also indicted on a charge of conspiracy to sell one or more grams of heroin or fentanyl.

Cody Curtis, 28, of Groveton, was indicted on one count of selling the controlled drug fentanyl to a cooperating individual working with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force within 1000 feet of an elementary school. He was also indicted on two counts of accomplice to the sale of fentanyl to a cooperating individual working with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Task Force within 1000 of an elementary school.

Warren Doucette, 37, of Berlin, was indicted on a charge of theft/willful concealment for stealing a large quantity of merchandise from Walmart in Gorham. Warren has two prior convictions of theft/willful concealment.

Allegra Dyer, 33, of Berlin, was indicted on two counts of controlled drug act: acts prohibited.

Vincent Frizzell, 45, of Stratford, was indicted on 8 counts of stalking/domestic violence in violation of a protective order for contacting the victim, an intimate partner, on social media.

Katie Fysh, 33, of Groveton, was indicted on a charge of transportation of a controlled drug, five or more grams of fentanyl, with intent to sell or disperse.

David A. Levchuk, 37, was indicted on a charge of burglary.

Sean McDaniel, 47, of Portland, Maine, was indicted on a charge of second degree assault: domestic violence.

Brian K. Perry, 37, of Berlin, was indicted on two counts of operating a motor vehicle after being certified an habitual offender.

Skylar Placey, 21, of Berlin, was indicted on a charge of acts prohibited for possessing the controlled drug lisdexamfetamine.

Johnny Stanford, 26, of Berlin, was indicted on a charge of felonious sexual assault of a thirteen year old girl.

Scott Towle, 33, of Berlin, was indicted on a charge of acts prohibited for possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, with intent to sell.
