WMRHS welcomes new strength and conditioning teacher

WHITEFIELD — The White Mountains Regional School Board has approved the contract of Anthony Ramos to take over the position of strength and conditioning teacher. Ramos graduated from Bedford High School and is a recent graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science with concentrations in nutrition, fitness and coaching. Ramos has been in Alabama for the past four years and offered this, "Working down in Alabama helped me grow tremendously as a coach. Learning how to communicate with athletes and program correctly are the most important things I was taught." ...more>
