Balsams project on tomorrow night's Cos Planning Bd. agenda

REGION — The summit of Mt. Washington was the second coldest place in the world last Monday morning, Feb. 16. Early Sunday the 15th, a New York hiker braved Mt. Adams and her body was later found on Monday.
